Dr Radha’s five mental health tips for lockdown

Dr Radha Modgil from BBC Radio 1’s Life Hacks shares her top five tips on how to stay mentally and emotionally well during the coronavirus lockdown, with all her tips beginning with the letter C. Parents/carers may wish to watch through the video clip with their children as it contains some very practical information including things like sticking to a routine, making sure we take care of ourselves, and using our creativity in new ways. As Dr Radha suggests, these are all ways in which we can look after our wellbeing while having to stay inside during lockdown.
